NJFC operates three production facilities: Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>L</strong><strong>ocal&nbsp;</strong><strong>Truck Driver&nbsp;</strong>to&nbsp;drive a 53&rsquo; tractor/trailer with a flat nose cab, dump truck, and yard truck. This role will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate transportation of raw materials and finished goods and for loading/unloading your own truck. This position coordinates deliveries, loading/unloading, and product storage while ensuring compliance with work schedules, specifications, and reporting requirements. The driver operates assigned equipment in accordance with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and company policies at our Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>For additional information, please see our &ldquo;About Us&rdquo; video, <a href=\"https://neiljonesfoodcompany.com/about-us/\" target=\"_blank\">Our Story - Neil Jones Food Company</a></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Oversee the daily production plan and workflow by coordinating deliveries, unloading, loading, storage, and transportation activities to ensure compliance with schedules, specifications, and customer/plant requirements.</li><li>Coordinate the materials, tools, equipment, and transportation resources needed to support operations and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.</li><li>Assume ownership of all trucking activities, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate transportation of raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>Monitor trucking and production-support activities; anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that could cause interruptions or delays.
