    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Inside Sales Lead</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Providing direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated sales and customer requests (specialized equipment requests, receiving escalated customer complaints, and assisting in resolution)</li><li>Requesting warehouse assistance in locating and delivering products and service department assistance in the preparation of equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Reviewing quotations and pricing-related issues and ensuring compliance with pricing policies&nbsp;</li><li>Ongoing training and responsibilities in order to become a go-to resource for Inside Sales Associates</li><li>Overseeing and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor (fronting, pricing, and stocking sales shelves for product displays and work areas, etc.)</li><li>Leading in-store events (physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, special sales, etc.)</li><li>Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity</li><li>Duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Associates</li><li>Opening and closing the store as assigned</li><li>Completing related tasks as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>You&rsquo;ll Need:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software</li><li>Proven communication skills</li><li>To be able to work a rotating Saturday shift</li></ul><p><strong>We&rsquo;d Love if You Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Some knowledge of tools and equipment</li><li>Previous retail or customer service leadership experience</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Stand on a hard surface for the majority of your shift</li><li>Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach</li></ul><p><em>*Employment offers are contingent on a drug screen and background check.&nbsp;</em></p><p>Acme Tools is an equal opportunity employer.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
