We are looking for relief staff when other staff are out sick or have scheduled days off could range from 15-20 hours contingent upon what's needed for relief.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities</span><br>Provide friendly customer service and operate the register.<br>Sort, organize, and price donated items.<br>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.<br>Assist with inventory and merchandise rotation.<br>Support opening and closing procedures as needed.<br>Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span><br>High school diploma or equivalent.<br>Strong communication and teamwork skills.<br>Valid Maine driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean record.<br>Ability to pass a background check.<br>Positive attitude and strong work ethic.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Physical Requirements</span><br>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.<br>Perform frequent bending, lifting, and movement throughout the day.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Work Environment</span><br>Fast-paced retail setting with varying conditions and frequent public interaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
