(CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a full-time, hybrid position. </span>You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will work directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities across home, community, and school settings, while also mentoring staff and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, and ensuring high-quality clinical services. This role also supports the development of clinical staff through training, supervision, and ongoing feedback.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">You will play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress while supporting a collaborative and positive treatment team.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and clinical staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Lead team meetings and coordinate care among clinical team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Train and support parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Active BCBA certification required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Strong leadership and team collaboration skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Strong organizational and time-management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p>Initial 90 Days: Salary is offered for 90 days based on $80,000–$105,000 annually while you build your caseload<br>After 90 Days (Salary): Maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week to remain eligible for salaried compensation<br>After 90 Days (Hourly): If billing falls below 30 hours per week, compensation transitions to $51–$67 per clinical billable hour<br>These rates are determined based on BCBA experience.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Additional bonuses available:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">$5,000 Sign-On Bonus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
