          "text": "<p><strong>Business Analyst – Enterprise Application Modernization</strong><br>\n<br>\n<strong>Job summary:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Business Analyst</strong> to support the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into a modern technology stack (e.g., React-based).</p><p><br>\n<strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Strong experience in <strong>legacy system modernization</strong> and migrating old applications to new technology stacks.</li><li>Expertise in requirements gathering, creating <strong>user stories</strong>, As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, BRDs, BPMs, and wireframing.</li><li>Hands-on experience working with <strong>enterprise applications</strong> in complex environments (cloud + on-premise, multi-geography users).</li><li>Good understanding of modern development practices and technology flows.</li><li>Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.</li><li>Strong Agile experience (Jira, user story grooming, backlog management, sprint planning).</li><li>Background in government, banking, insurance, or large enterprise projects is preferred.</li></ol><p>&#xa0;</p>",
