FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and Athletic Department personnel.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Act as game day ambassadors for the Carolina Athletic Hospitality Office and UNC Athletics Department.</li><li>Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff.</li><li>Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.</li><li>Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.</li><li>Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility needs and food &amp; beverage needs, etc.)</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>AVAILABILITY and OPPORTUNITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be available to work all home football games at Kenan Stadium.&nbsp;</li><li>FANgineers are hourly employees. Hours will range between 6-14 hours per home game week depending on the game schedule and game preparation needs each week.</li><li>FANgineers are expected to work the entire football game day shift, which typically begins 90 minutes before stadium gates &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;open and ends approximately 40 minutes post-game.</li><li>Opportunities will be available to work the day before game days for additional hours.</li><li>Along with football home games, gain the opportunity (with a positive supervisor evaluation) to work additional athletic events, such as basketball, baseball, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
