      "content": "<li>A minimum of 12 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or system integration required. </li><li>Strong experience with large-scale operational systems, transactional databases, and customer-facing platforms. </li><li>Deep experience with enterprise data feeds, real time integration patterns, analytical data pipelines, and AI enabling architectures. </li><li>Experience designing data models, integration patterns, master data structures, and governed data ecosystems. </li><li>Strong understanding of insurance data, regulatory requirements, and complex transactional systems. </li><li>Proven ability to influence executives, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. </li>"
