    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Tier One Technologies is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to support our U.S. Government client.</li>\n <li>This 18-month on-site contract position will be located in Camden, NJ.</li>\n <li>Must be a US Citizen.</li>\n <li>Must hold either an active DoD Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance.</li>\n <li>SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide design, analysis, code support, and verification of the radar software.</li>\n <li>Support software code development, code reviews, and level 1-2 testing of the radar software.</li>\n <li>Provide performance and root cause analysis for simulated and/or live radar data.</li>\n <li>Requirements development and specification updates.</li>\n <li>Develop test procedures to support requirement verifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>Basic Qualifications</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree.</li>\n <li>5+ years of related experience.</li>\n <li>High proficiency in C++ or equivalent object-oriented computing language and MATLAB.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:</li>\n <li>Systems engineering</li>\n <li>Software and system analysis</li>\n <li>Requirements development</li>\n <li>Verification and validation</li>\n <li>Trade studies</li>\n <li>Modeling and simulation</li>\n <li>Integration and testing</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>All candidates must be U.S. citizens and currently hold either an active DoD Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Desired Skills:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, and signal processing.</li>\n <li>Functional knowledge of Radar systems, subsystems and designs with familiarity of design tools</li>\n <li>Radar systems development experience, including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling.</li>\n <li>Technical leadership experience with program execution.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>",
