Description In this role, you will impact product integrity and customer satisfaction by identifying quality issues early, enforcing quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Document inspection results accurately and communicate findings to production and engineering teams for corrective actions. Lead root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and process improvements. Train and mentor junior inspectors on quality standards and inspection techniques. Train & support on customer source inspection processes Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Extensive experience in quality control inspection within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and defect identification. Proficiency in using measurement tools and quality inspection equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation. Experience leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions effectively. WE VALUE Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience (approximately 5 years) Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
