Introduction
Créée en 1951, l'OIM est une organisation apparentée aux Nations Unies et, en tant que principale agence des Nations Unies dans le domaine de la migration, elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires gouvernementaux, intergouvernementaux et non gouvernementaux. L'OIM a pour mission de promouvoir une migration humaine et ordonnée dans l'intérêt de tous. Pour ce faire, elle fournit des services et des conseils aux gouvernements et aux migrants.
Organizational Context and Scope
Sous la supervision générale du Chef de Mission en coordination avec le RMO, en Guinee et la supervision directe de l’Assistant Procurment & Logistique a Conakry, les Chauffeurs retenus seront responsables des tâches suivantes :
Responsibilities
Conduire le personnel dans le cadre des activités du projet et du bureau (réunions, mission).
Faciliter le déplacement du personnel aux lieux des rendez-vous officiels.
Conduire le véhicule selon les normes de sécuritéen vigueur et les règles de la circulation.
Tenir à jour le carnet de bord des véhicules (, motif, personne transportée ...)
Relever le kilométrage des véhicules tous les matins et soirs et garer les véhicules à l’heure indiquée au parking réservé à cet effet.
Assurer la propreté des véhicules et vérifier l’état de marche des véhicules à tout moment;
Entretenir quotidiennement les véhicules mis à sa disposition (vérification des niveaux d’huile et d’eau, freins, pneus...)
Suivre les dates d’expiration des visites techniques et vidanges périodiques
Effectuer les réparations mineures ;
Prévenir son responsable hiérarchique de la nécessité de procéder aux réparations sur le véhicule.
S’assurer de la validité de l’assurance du véhicule ; signaler son renouvellement au moins un mois avant la date d’expiration ;
Assurer la sécurité du véhicule placé sous sa responsabilité et veiller à ce que les formalités prévues dans les dispositions règlementaires soient remplies en cas d’accident.
Faire preuve d’une conduite sécuritaire et préventive des véhicules avec respect strict du code de la route
Accomplir toutes autres tâches que son superviseur jugera utile de lui confier.
Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent avec deux ans d'expérience pertinente. Permis de conduire national en cours de validité

Experience
Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expériences professionnelle comme chauffeur Connaissance des règles et réglementations en matière de conduite. Expérience de la conduite des variétés de marques et de modèles de véhicules. Connaissance de la radio, du courrier électronique, du téléphone et d'autres applications. Compétences en matière de réparations mineures de véhicules Aptitude à effectuer les réparations d’automobiles courantes
Skills
Connaissance approfondie du large éventail de domaines liés aux migrations traités par l'Organisation
Languages
Pour tous les candidats, la maîtrise du Français est requise (oral et écrit).
La maîtrise des langues Nationales est un avantage
