Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.</p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network</li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact? </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Responsibilities</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts Initial and Recurrent pilot ground training under the guidance of the Aircraft Operating Manual AOM and Flight Manual </li>\n <li>Responsible to lead the class through subjects such as Aircraft Systems, Hazardous Materials, General Operations, Crew Resource Management and Emergency Training.</li>\n <li>Additional responsibilities include courseware and other instructional media development for all ground training programs</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team </li>\n <li>Ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?<u></u></p>\n<p><u>Requirements</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age of 18</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>Must have working knowledge and experience on large aircraft systems and airline flight operations</li>\n <li>Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States</li>\n <li>Previous line experience as a flight crew-member, preferred</li>\n <li>Previous Instructional and/or Training experience preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint</li>\n <li>College coursework or college degree desirable preferred</li>\n <li>Proven work experience building constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers preferred</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, interpersonal oral and written skills preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
