We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<b>YOU&nbsp;</b>to join our team!</p>\n<p><b>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</b>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;monitoring, planning, and directing students engaged in center sponsored recreational activities both on and off center. Put your fun and creative skills to use to teach healthy and fun extracurricular activities!&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b><u>Duties include, but not limited to:</u></b></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Assist recreation supervisor/coordinator in planning, implementing and coordinating a comprehensive and diversified program which will attract voluntary participation.</li>\n <li>Organize, direct, and oversee student participation in a variety of recreation/avocation activities and extended day learning activities.</li>\n <li>Plan, implement and coordinate a diversified program that will attract voluntary participation.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Chaperone students to recreation functions both on and off center.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Plan and conduct various activities to enhance student retention and meet all students' needs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in Career Development Services System (CDSS) by creating positive peer leadership and role modeling techniques through activities both on and off center.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p><b><u>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>One year experience working with youth required</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br>\n  Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
