We invite you to join us on this journey.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Overview:</u></strong></p>\n<p>This position will assist the team to achieve all financial goals and objectives and meet established service standards for receiving, inspecting and recording deliveries of inventory products and operating supplies.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive all assigned deliveries accurately and professionally </li>\n <li>Verify delivered items against purchase orders in Craftable purchasing System. </li>\n <li>Inspect shipments for correct quantity, quality, temperature, and overall condition </li>\n <li>Report shortages, overages, damaged goods, or incorrect items immediately </li>\n <li>Properly store and put away food items in designated storage areas </li>\n <li>Properly store and organize beverage items in designated beverage storage areas </li>\n <li>Issue beverage products to the appropriate departments or managers as needed </li>\n <li>Upload and enter invoices and receiving documentation into Craftable in a timely and accurate manner </li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy for food and beverage and other inventory items, performing inventory accounts as needed</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices </li>\n <li>Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support departmental and operational needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good at calculating mathematical values</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain accurate records</li>\n <li>Good communication and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Working Environment/Physical Demands:</u></strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time </li>\n <li>Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance </li>\n <li>Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive tasks such as receiving, sorting, stocking, and data entry </li>\n <li>Must be able to read invoices and other product information clearly </li>\n <li>Must be able to perform job duties in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual handling of products</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-onsite</p>\n<p>#LakeNonaWave</p>",
