Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings clarity, structure, and execution excellence across cross-functional teams. You’ll own a meaningful product surface area end-to-end—from discovery to delivery to adoption—and partner closely with engineering, operations, legal, and customer teams to ship high-quality tools that directly impact how hundreds of funds operate. This role is ideal for someone who balances product intuition with operational rigor, is comfortable gathering and synthesizing feedback from many sources, and can convert complex workflows into intuitive, scalable software experiences. What You Bring 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience in production environments Deep understanding of Rails conventions, ActiveRecord, background processing (Sidekiq/etc.), and RESTful API design Strong instincts for performance, security, and maintainability Experience with front-end technologies — you can build clean, functional UI and aren't afraid of JavaScript Active use of AI coding tools in your daily workflow Excellent written communication — your PR descriptions and technical comments are clear and useful Comfort owning work independently and flagging blockers early Nice to Have Experience with financial, legal, or compliance-adjacent SaaS products Familiarity with fund administration, venture capital, or investment management workflows Experience with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus or modern Rails front-end patterns
