          "text": "<p>Working under the guidance of the supervisor responsible, for conducting the daily operation and maintenance of the facility.</p><p>The main responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Able to interpret various mechanical &amp; electrical drawings (single line, schematics, loops drawings);</li><li>Proficient with troubleshooting heating systems (various types of MAU’s, AHU’s,&#xa0;Unit Heaters, Boilers, Tankless HWT, LP Steam);</li><li>Maintain and repair damaged piping (various types DWV, Copper, Plastic’s ETC);</li><li>Ability to use drain cleaning equipment;</li><li>Capably of installing equipment and various piping systems;</li><li>Adaptable to work in various environments (outdoors, inside, at heights);</li><li>Assist plant operators and other service crew members as required.</li></ul>",
