    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a fast-growing logistics company, we are seeking a perceptive individual to support our 24/7 logistics operations during evenings and Saturday (Wednesday-Friday, 10AM-8:30PM and Saturday, 8AM-4:30PM). This role focuses on load building, tracking and tracing Contractors, Third-Party Logistics providers (3PLs), Brokers, and company drivers to ensure seamless freight movement and timely resolutions.&nbsp;</p><p>The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a passionate problem solver, and prioritize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, even in off-peak hours. This position offers the opportunity to optimize after-hours systems, handle urgent escalations, and expand the company&rsquo;s domestic and international reach.&nbsp;</p><p>Are you ready for a challenging role that directly impacts the bottom line through vigilant monitoring of shipments, coordinating with carriers, and managing real-time inventory updates?
