Team Leadership and Inspiration: Support and inspire the kitting team to excel and innovate in processes and services. Documentation Management: Regularly review and update Work Instructions and Job Aids to ensure accuracy and compliance. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, records, and files in accordance with BAE Systems' SMS policies. Material Handling: Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move materials as needed. Process Improvement: Participate in and lead cross-functional project teams to enhance processes and tools within the group. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.
