    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><br></div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Position Summary</p><p>Maintenance Tech- Porter is responsible for performing routine, preventative, and minor repair tasks to ensure the ongoing functionality, safety, and appearance of the facility. This role focuses on light maintenance duties that help prevent larger issues, extend the life of building systems, and support a clean and well-maintained environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Interior Maintenance:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and sockets.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning windows and mirrors.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Patching small holes in walls and ceilings, touchup paint.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Minor appliance maintenance repairs.</li></ul><p>Exterior Maintenance:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Litter removal from parking spots, garden, and outdoor areas.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Weeding, and basic upkeep of landscaping.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Exterior upkeep (blow leaves / debris, keep sidewalks and common areas looking tidy, report damage or hazards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW203420351 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW203420351 BCX8\">Cleaning and Appearance (empty outdoor trash cans, wipe clean trash cans, clean entry mats, doors and high touch areas, sweep walkways, breezeways, stairwells, spot clean spills or messes right away.</span></span></li></ul><p>Facility and Equipment Support:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Assembling furniture, shelving units, basic carpentry tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Inspecting and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC filters, plumbing fixtures and electrical systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Setting up and breaking down equipment for events.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Operate company vehicles to move through various company properties.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Qualifications &amp;
