    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "In an hourly capacity, transport equipment and supplies using tractor trailer and accessories. Operate roadway maintenance equipment; perform preventive maintenance; and perform manual labor tasks during routine and emergency response operations. \n<br>\n<br><b>How you will contribute:</b>\n<br>\n<li>Delivery of Fuel, Equipment or Supplies: Schedule and make deliveries to field locations and equipment shops. Communicate with stakeholders to determine most effective delivery method.</li>\n<li>Equipment Operation: Operate a tractor trailer combination or wrecker truck for transporting various materials, automobiles and equipment. Load and unload trucks. Complete and maintain all required documentation regarding movement of equipment and supplies.</li>\n<li>Manual Labor: Perform manual labor and other maintenance tasks as needed for project completion. Complete assigned work as instructed in established time frames.</li>\n<li>Miscellaneous Duties: Perform miscellaneous duties around work area when not delivering or picking up equipment and supplies.</li>\n<li>Preventative Maintenance: Perform maintenance repair, replacement and preventative maintenance. Complete pre-trip inspections for any vehicle or equipment operated.</li>\n<br>\n<br><b>What will make you successful:</b>\n<br>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.</li>\n<li>Ability to complete simple forms.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform heavy manual labor.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently.</li>\n<li>Skill in the operation of multiple axle truck and trailer combinations.</li>\n<li>Skill in the use of hand and power tools.</li>\n<br><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b>\n<br>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform heavy manual labor.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide customer service and interact with a diverse customer base.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of safety procedures related to fuel handling and delivery.</li>\n<li>Possession of CDL and DOT medical card and ability to maintain thereafter.
