font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for service recipients, families, and clinical teams, working closely under BCBA supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with BCBAs, direct care team members, and other stakeholders in developing and maintaining therapy schedules across multiple environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide high-quality direct service to individuals who display challenging behavior on a limited basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Take ownership of urgent needs during off-hours as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
