      "content": "\n<li>Design test fixtures and interfaces.</li>\n<li>Perform analysis to determine target test points, instrumentation, and ensure sufficient test safety margins.</li>\n<li>Organize and run test design reviews with stakeholders in cross-functional teams&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Create manufacturing plans for test components/fixtures and work directly with manufacturing/build teams to monitor build progress and assist in resolving issues.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Design and release flight-like hardware as necessary for test (including CAD and drawing creation)&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Practical experience designing, building, and testing vehicles through internships, studies or projects.</li>\n<li>Must be currently enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university (undergraduate student in your third or fourth year of study, or enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program).</li>\n<li>Strong interest in testing.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of engineering first principles.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for aviation and Hermeus's mission.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>GPA of 3.0 or above.</li>\n"
