Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform routine pre- and post- inspections to ensure suitable working nature of equipment and vehicles.</li>\n <li>Install insulation at commercial and residential job sites in a time-efficient and quality-centered manner.</li>\n <li>Perform repairs and adjustments to completed installs as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service.</li>\n <li>Load and unload supplies and materials.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate job status and key issues to manager.</li>\n <li>Correctly fill out paperwork each day to ensure proper billing is possible.</li>\n <li>Prioritize work activity according to business needs and as directed by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.</li>\n <li>Complete and submit daily work reports, productivity records, and other documentation as required.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Works effectively with minimal supervision and direction.</li>\n <li>Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations.</li>\n <li>Functions well as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Effectively follows written and verbal instructions.</li>\n <li>Punctual and reliable.</li>\n <li>Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centred environment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Driver License, Class D</li>\n <li>Medical Card</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIEMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physically able to drive a vehicle.</li>\n <li>Physically able to bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.</li>\n <li>Physically able to exert up to 25 lbs of force regularly.</li>\n <li>Occasional work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.</li>\n <li>Regular exposure to the elements.</li>\n <li>Regularly works with fiberglass insulation and other potential skin irritants (PPE required).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
