This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to go beyond traditional accounting work—combining accounting, data, and process improvement to help the business operate more effectively.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who brings strong accounting fundamentals, a solid understanding of cost and expense structures, and advanced Excel skills to transform complex financial data into clear, accurate, and scalable reporting solutions. You’ll play a key role in supporting month-end close, strengthening reporting accuracy, and improving processes across accounting and operations.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Partner cross-functionally with accounting, payroll, and operations to deliver reporting and analysis that supports decision-making</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Build and maintain Excel-based reports, models, and templates to support recurring accounting and reporting needs</li><li>Transform raw data from multiple sources into structured, accurate, and user-friendly reporting outputs</li><li>Support month-end close through reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of supporting schedules</li><li>Create scalable reporting tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency</li><li>Investigate data issues, determine root causes, and implement practical solutions</li><li>Support audit readiness and maintain clear, organized documentation and workpapers</li><li>Contribute to process improvements that reduce manual work and strengthen internal controls</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>3–5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or high-volume environment</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost/expense analysis, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close and general ledger activity</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis tools)</li><li>Experience building reports, models, or templates from complex or raw data</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to explain data clearly</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with ERP/accounting systems</li><li>Exposure to payroll data, vendor analysis, cost allocation, or operational reporting</li><li>Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools</li></ul>",
