    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Mitchell 1, a Snap-on company, is seeking an experienced <strong>DevOps Architect</strong> to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our Azure DevOps ecosystem across multiple product lines.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a highly visible technical leadership role where you'll define enterprise DevOps standards, architect scalable cloud solutions, and partner with engineering, security, and business leaders to drive modernization initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect and govern end-to-end Azure DevOps and cloud platform solutions</li>\n <li>Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), security controls, monitoring, and release management processes</li>\n <li>Define and evolve enterprise reference architectures and DevOps standards</li>\n <li>Lead DevSecOps strategy, embedding security, compliance, and risk management throughout the software delivery lifecycle</li>\n <li>Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight to engineering teams</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions</li>\n <li>Review and approve infrastructure designs, automation frameworks, and deployment strategies</li>\n <li>Mentor engineers and contribute to the organization's cloud and DevOps maturity</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Microsoft Azure Architect Expert certification (or equivalent)</li>\n <li>5+ years of cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure architecture experience</li>\n <li>3+ years designing enterprise-scale CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code solutions</li>\n <li>Deep expertise with Azure DevOps Services, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Test Plans</li>\n <li>Strong Terraform experience, including module design and environment management</li>\n <li>Experience integrating security, compliance, and identity controls into cloud architectures</li>\n <li>Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Mitchel</strong>l 1?</p>\n<p>At Mitchell 1, you'll have the opportunity to influence enterprise architecture decisions, shape cloud strategy, and work alongside talented engineering professionals developing industry-leading software solutions.
