We value both heart and head, the diversity of our people, and their experiences because that is how we continue to grow as a leader in our industry and expand our individual and collective potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide onsite GIS support and serve as a primary point of contact for users</li>\n <li>Perform GIS analysis, mapping, and data updates (ArcGIS Pro)</li>\n <li>Work directly with stakeholders to understand needs and provide solutions</li>\n <li>Ensure data quality (QA/QC) and support integration into enterprise systems</li>\n <li>Create simple communication products (updates, guides, presentations)</li>\n <li>Assist with training support and user guidance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1–3+ years of professional GIS experience</li>\n <li>Experience with ArcGIS Pro (or similar GIS software)</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users</li>\n <li>Experience working in a professional or client-facing environment</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and task management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>DoD / Air Force / ANG experience</li>\n <li>Familiarity with enterprise GIS or data standards</li>\n <li>Experience supporting training or developing materials</li>\n <li>Experience with SharePoint or web-based tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>NV5 offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) and professional development/advancement opportunities.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>NV5 provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
