font-weight: bold\"><span>The Role</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span>The successful candidate will be a key member of our Electrical Systems Team, working to support the rapid delivery of spacecraft.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary environment with opportunities to grow professionally and offer the chance to work outside of your discipline, if desired. The current role will involve all aspects of the spacecraft avionics and electrical systems, but with a particular focus on electronics to support robotics developments.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(250, 142, 21); font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities </span><span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support all phases of the electrical subsystem lifecycle (spacecraft platform and robotics payloads), from conceptual phase until testing and validation</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Define the key aspects of the subsystem, including power and data interfaces, sensor architectures</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>P</span><span>erform requirements engineering and generate equipment specifications</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support supplier selection and subcontractor management for key hardware deliverables.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support in-house development of electronics boards</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>S</span><span>upport the definition of harness for test and spacecraft</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Define required EGSE and support the build or procurement</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform commissioning, validation, and functional testing of electrical subsystems, including analysis of test results</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Define and document electrical interface specifications</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support integration activities and execute functional and performance verification tests</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the development of software for testing and flight</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Act as the technical point of contact on the electrical subsystem with key stakeholders: internal, customers, subcontractors.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Advise the spacecraft team on all areas of electrical concern (e.g. grounding, EMC, power, charging)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Help define validation, </span><span>verification</span><span> and test plans</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(250, 142, 21);
