Location: Balad, Iraq Position Overview The Chief Medical Officer provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and direct patient care for a multidisciplinary healthcare team supporting a military base healthcare program. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and compliant medical services while promoting high standards in patient care, clinical governance, emergency preparedness, and provider performance. Working closely with operational and clinical leadership, the Chief Medical Officer helps maintain continuity of care across acute, emergent, preventive, and occupational health services while supporting quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary collaboration.
