      "content": "<div>\n<h3>Required</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural steel fabrication.</li>\n<li>Experience in quality control, inspection, or a related manufacturing role.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of AWS D1.1, AWS D1.5, and AISC standards.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.</li>\n<li>Experience using quality inspection tools, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Fillet weld gauges</li>\n<li>V-WAC gauges</li>\n<li>Squares</li>\n<li>Tape measures</li>\n<li>Other standard inspection equipment</li>\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.</li>\n\n<h3>Preferred</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.</li>\n<li>Experience with nondestructive testing methods, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Ultrasonic Testing (UT)</li>\n<li>Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)</li>\n<li>Penetrant Testing (PT)</li>\n\n\n<li>Additional certifications related to structural steel fabrication, bolting, coatings, or welding inspection.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in steel manufacturing environments.</li>\n\n</ul></li></ul></ul></li></ul></div>"
