This unique model focuses on partnering with community supports to maximize each consumer’s potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Behavior Support Specialists:</strong></p>\n<p>- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments</p>\n<p>- Work collaboratively with the individual served and team members, such as the family and Community Support Professionals to develop and implement a Positive Behavior Support Plan in an effort to reduce challenging behavior and teach appropriate replacement behaviors</p>\n<p>- Provide ongoing assessment, program design and monitoring of treatment interventions/data collection as well as direct therapy</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary:</strong> </p>\n<p>$35.00 - $45.00 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p>\n<p>- Flexible working hours depending on assignment </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#sponsored</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis</p>\n<p>- At least one (1) year experience developing and implementing FBA’s and PBSP’s.</p>\n<p>- Applied Behavioral Analysis Experience required.</p>\n<p>- Licensed Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred.</p>\n<p>- Completion of Bureau of Autism Services Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) training preferred but not required.</p>\n<p>- License and Vehicle REQUIRED.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country.
