In this role, you’ll perform insulation and air sealing work that improves energy efficiency, comfort, and safety in homes. The ideal candidate brings construction or renovation experience, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in making a measurable difference for homeowners and the community.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience)</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) match program</li>\n<li>Company-sponsored training and Tuition Reimbursement program</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities in energy efficiency and home performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n<li>1–3 years of construction or renovation experience</li>\n<li>Training in weatherization/energy efficiency principles</li>\n<li>6 months to 1 year of weatherization experience (air sealing &amp; insulation preferred)</li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BPI Certification (Required)</span></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Clear, effective communication skills (technical and non-technical)</li>\n<li>Comfortable using handheld data devices and learning new technology</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical &amp; Other Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand for long periods</li>\n<li>Capable of lifting and carrying insulation materials/equipment</li>\n<li>Good vision (distance, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus)</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with at least three (3) years of a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install home energy conservation measures (insulation, air sealing, weather stripping)</li>\n<li>Prepare attics for insulation (baffles, flooring, damming, attic rulers)</li>\n<li>Operate hand and power tools to complete installations</li>\n<li>Safely operate light and moderately heavy construction equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Safety &amp; Compliance:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols</li>\n<li>Perform routine equipment maintenance</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and organized job sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Operations &amp; Reporting:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stock and check the service truck daily for required materials</li>\n<li>Complete job sheets, inspection checklists, and related paperwork</li>\n<li>Communicate status updates to management and team leaders</li>\n<li>Drive and operate company service vehicles (light to medium-duty trucks)</li>\n<li>Perform additional related tasks as needed to support successful project completion</li>\n</ul>",
