You will also assist the bar with similar duties, help with bar glass rotation and refilling ice bins. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to exceed guest’s expectations, have an infectiously positive attitude, and work well as part of a team. To be successful, you should be well-organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize and have high multi-tasking skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications will be accepted between 6/10/2026 through 6/30/2026.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In addition to travel discounts at our hotels, Highgate offers competitive benefits, including three pricing tiers of medical coverage, as well as Dental and Vision benefits to eligible full-time associates. The Retirement 401(k) Program is open to both full-time and part-time associates who qualify.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcoming Guests</li>\n <li>Maintain the cleanliness of dining area and serving stations</li>\n <li>Bussing dining room tables</li>\n <li>Responding  to guests’ requests and informing management of any complaints</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings</li>\n <li>Ensuring the timely delivery of food items</li>\n <li>Ensuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated and willing to assist wherever needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task.</li>\n <li>Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English required</li>\n <li>Food Handlers Card Required.</li>\n <li>May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods, throughout the day</li>\n <li>Requires infrequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
