Anaqua is committed to 100% client satisfaction. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview: </span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated and proactive<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Docketing expert with Patent<span> </span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">knowledge</span><span> </span>who is eager to help us to attain our continuing growth goals. </span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">You’ll Love This Job if You Like To: </span></p>\n<p> <br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patent docketing for both US and Non-US jurisdiction</span></li>\n<li>Docket &amp; De-Docket deadlines in IPMS along with uploading &amp; linking of relevant documents in the respective matter</li>\n<li>Ensuring correct bibliographic information is updated, generating correct reminders so that the paralegals/attorneys are timely informed about actions due</li>\n<li>Identify key information in the client provided data; as per client’s instructions, enter it in the IPMS correctly</li>\n<li>Perform Quality Audits on the allocated documents as per client requirements within the allocated time</li>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of Patent internal quality audit for US and Non-US Jurisdictions</li>\n<li>Review patent prosecution related documents (US &amp; Non-US) received via shared mailbox as per the standard operating procedures (SOP)</li>\n<li>Process allocated work as per client requirements and as per work instructions</li>\n<li>Report and describe docketing related queries to manager or client (if needed)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll need to be successful:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in the related role</li>\n<li>Knowledge of filing and prosecution practices in the USPTO, PCT, EP, JP, CN and other major jurisdictions</li>\n<li>Prior experience of working on Anaqua/Pattsy Wave platform would be an added advantage</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task to perform role smoothly without missing deadlines</li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills (English)</li>\n</ul>",
