Support, build, and promote a positive and collaborative culture across all teams.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Full time position: Schedule Monday - Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Friday as needed)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY JOB DUTIES</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate small, large, and high-speed tablet press.</li>\n<li>Operate high-speed encapsulator.</li>\n<li>Able to perform a daily preventive maintenance on the production equipment.</li>\n<li>Monitor and troubleshoot machines and make minor adjustments on all machinery and equipment.</li>\n<li>Utilize the tablet press daily and maintain paperwork in a neat and accurate manner.</li>\n<li>Able to lift 30 pounds repeatedly, 50 pounds frequently and 75 + pounds with assistance, on a daily basis.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift, twist, crawl, reach, grab, bend, stoop, climb, or perform similar activities as needed and stand for long periods.</li>\n<li>Able to understand milligram, gram, and kilo scales.</li>\n<li>Able to perform basic math calculations utilizing a calculator.</li>\n<li>Perform all in-process quality control checks during production runs.</li>\n<li>Interface with Production Manager, Supervisor, and Production Leads on a daily basis.</li>\n<li>Clean machinery and equipment in a safe manner.</li>\n<li>Able to train other production operators on safe and proper manner.</li>\n<li>Utilize Redzone for communications, issues and create ideas/issues.</li>\n<li>Run Redzone huddles.</li>\n<li>Suggest ways to improve productivity and efficiencies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPANY REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to work in a variety of conditions: noise, dust, heavy lifting, repetitive motion, standing for long periods of time.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to recognize audible hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform other projects / duties as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain good attendance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies in performance of job duties.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUACTION REQUIREMENTS</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school diploma or GED.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>One or more years’ experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SOME OF OUR US BENEFITS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Medical, vision, and dental coverage after 30 days (and first day of the following month).
