font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee day-to-day operational activities across projects, bookings, logistics, and supplier coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate labour allocation, travel arrangements, freight planning, and operational schedules to ensure seamless project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, venues, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and operational readiness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Drive operational performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying risks, and implementing process improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, coordination, and negotiating operational requirements where appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee freight and shipment coordination, ensuring documentation, timelines, and compliance requirements are accurately managed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost tracking across labour, travel, and supplier expenses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and support the operations team by promoting accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and workflows to support consistent delivery standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure operational compliance with company procedures, governance, OH&amp;S, and legal obligations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3–5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, project coordination, events, or a similar operational environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience managing multiple operational activities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to coordinate suppliers, labour, travel, freight, and operational logistics effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and scheduling tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with operational systems, reporting tools, or project management platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership capability with experience supporting or supervising operational teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience within the exhibitions, events, or related industries is highly desirable.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
