Minimum 2 years as a Hotel Director of Sales, Sales Manager, or in direct hotel sales (required) Strong knowledge of the local market (must) Hilton brand experience (strongly preferred) A proactive, hungry approach to prospecting and account growth Impeccable organization and follow-through Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook A polished, professional appearance and demeanor Who We Are
