Real Alloy is looking for a skilled <strong>Industrial Service Technician</strong> to join our team in <strong>Post Falls , ID</strong> to help keep our heavy industrial equipment running at full capacity. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This isn't a desk job, it's hands on high impact work where what you fix today keeps the whole operation moving tomorrow.  We need an Industrial Service Technician that can work safely, diagnose problems fast, and who will take pride in a job done right. This role will work Monday through Friday from 7am in the morning until 3pm in the afternoon.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal Industrial Service Technician will possess the following skills and abilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshooting equipment problems</li>\n <li>Equipment installation</li>\n <li>Operate and repair mobile equipment including forklifts, man lifts, and skid steers</li>\n <li>Industrial electrical knowledge and experience with 110/220/480 preferred (not required)</li>\n <li>read and interpret blueprints, schematics</li>\n <li>Welding fabrication and weld repair - MIG and STIC</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Hourly pay for the Industrial Service Technician is dependent on qualifications and experience. Real Alloy has the opporunity for overtime, we pay weekly, and we provide great benefits that start the first of the month after your starting date. Apply today!</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>3+ years of work experience in trade profession or industrial maintenance.</li>\n <li>Able to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.</li>\n <li>Valid electricians license preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>PLC experience preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of basic computer functions and office software applications.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
