Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Execute site maintenance across multiple products, including installation and software deployment</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to identify and resolve root causes</li><li>Apply Level II technical skills and perform advanced system maintenance tasks</li><li>Recommend and document technical solutions and procedures within scope</li><li>Work independently while leading and supporting other field service engineers</li><li>Train and mentor technicians; use schematics and diagnostic tools to service electromechanical systems</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>2-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training (military/technical school accepted)</li><li>4+ years of semiconductor field service or related technical experience</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and regulations</li><li>Proficient in basic math, including algebra and geometry applications</li><li>Skilled with PCs and software such as MS Office, Excel, and Windows</li></ul><strong>Preferences:</strong><ul><li>Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team environment</li><li>Strong customer service focus with a commitment to high satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
