    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</strong></p>\n<p>Provide and oversee the delivery and implementation of behavioral health or recovery programs within a facility.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Co-lead groups, participate in curriculum development for the program and collaborate with treatment team members to help the patients meet their treatment and care goals.</li>\n <li>Provide patient care within a program to include:</li>\n <li>Monitor patients to evaluate treatment progress.</li>\n <li>Intervene in crisis situations to assist patients.</li>\n <li>Modify treatment plans to accommodate patients' needs.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other professionals to assess needs or plan treatments of patients.</li>\n <li>May counsel family members of patients.</li>\n <li>May assist patients by coordinating activities, providing companionship and assisting with basic daily needs (dressing, bathing, eating).</li>\n <li>Assist in the oversight and maintenance of the program schedule.</li>\n <li>Coordinate the activities of other program staff and oversee the work of interns as applicable.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>· High School diploma or equivalent required.
