    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Cashier (Pit Crew) reports to the Gibson Garage General Manager and will work in a high paced and interactive environment while providing seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for all POS functions, cash-wrap standards, floor sets and stock replenishment. You could also find yourself assisting the most seasoned players or inspiring the next generation of guitar players.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p><ul><li>Finalize customer sales at POS along with packaging standards</li><li>Maintain floor and cash-wrap standards&nbsp;</li><li>Assist customers with selections in Accessory and Lifestyle categories</li><li>Provide guidance to customers looking for repair and restoration service</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual: English/Spanish (preferred but not required)</li><li>Proficient in daily POS functions and opening/closing procedures</li><li>Maintain floor sets and stock replenishment&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to ask open ended questions to understand customer wants and/or needs</li><li>Outstanding time management skill set with the ability to prioritize task&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li><li>Retail experience is preferred but not required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Knowledge</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Personal Qualities&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Passionate about working and winning in a team environment.</li><li>Results oriented and driven, with a track record for delivering to plan</li><li>Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. &nbsp; Able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner</li><li>Clear and logical thinker&nbsp;</li><li>Relish working in a company with a diverse, challenging, and fast paced environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p><p>&nbsp;This position is primarily onsite at the Gibson Garage Miami and may require minimal irregular travel as operational needs arise.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to have a flexible schedule and work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work in a loud environment for 8+ hours.&nbsp;</li><li>Standing and walking required 90% of the time.&nbsp;</li><li>Lifting required 20% of the time with a max weight of 50lbs.&nbsp;</li></ul></div>\n",
