Accountable for communication and collaboration in order to facilitate company-wide process improvement.<ul><li>Accountable for development and execution of key process improvement initiatives</li><li>Lead internal audits to document Vitesse - Longmont compliance with internal and external requirement<em>s;&nbsp;</em>support external audits to verify compliance</li><li>Lead Corrective and Preventive Action process to drive high-impact process improvements</li><li>Lead Nonconformance process to ensure efficient control and disposition of nonconforming outputs</li></ul></li></ul></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Performance<ul style=\"font-weight: initial;\"><li>Measure and report key schedule, delivery, and cost metrics for the Processes above</li><li>Measure and report performance of the QA department in a way that meets all requirements and needs of internal and external customers</li><li>Measure and report on effectiveness of key improvement processes</li><li>Support and report internal and external schedule/delivery compliance</li></ul></li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>BS in related discipline<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>May be substituted by 4 years of related work experience</li></ul></li><li>1 year of experience in related role</li><li>Proficiency in industry quality standards, such as: AS9100, IS1000:2015, and NADCAP</li><li>Competence with Inspection Tooling</li><li>Understanding of GD&amp;T, flatness, profile, surface texture</li><li>Must be able to follow instructions and procedures with minimal supervision</li><li>Must be capable of reading drawings and inspecting the work being performed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Vitesse Systems, LLC performs work controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These statutes require the protection of technical data and products. The regulations require that such data not be disclosed in written, oral, or visual form to any foreign national without prior export authorization from the Department of State.
