Early Head Start aims to foster school readiness and social competence, ensuring children and families receive the necessary resources and support during the critical early years.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The role of an Early Head Start Center Aide is a dynamic position essential for the smooth operation of the center-based facility by integrating all program services in a classroom of up to 8 children. Responsibilities include: the preparation and serving of nutritious meals to children, maintaining cleanliness and order within the center, and stepping in to provide relief for other staff members during their breaks.
