Drive the adoption of advanced automation tools and practices that enhance testing processes and product quality.</li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:</strong> Act as a pivotal liaison between the QA team and other departments, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes with development and product management workflows. Collaborate with the Architect to ensure QA strategies support organizational goals and product innovation.</li>\n<li><strong>Quality Culture and Team Development:</strong> Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, aligning with the Architect’s vision for excellence. Mentor team members, enhancing their skills and leadership capabilities to meet evolving QA challenges.</li>\n<li><strong>Process Improvement and QA Innovation:</strong> Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies under the guidance of the Architect.       "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred. Equivalent practical experience considered.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.</li>\n<li>4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams and leading large-scale testing initiatives.</li>\n<li>Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete or equivalent), with a strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#).</li>\n<li>Comfortable with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent).</li>\n<li>Advanced project management skills, with a history of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to influence decisions and drive QA strategies across functions within 3Pillar and with external partners.</li>\n<li>Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies, enhancing QA processes and productivity.</li>\n<li>Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends, standards, and the competitive landscape, leveraging this insight to inform strategic QA decisions.</li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to tackling complex issues and the initiative to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>Highly developed communication skills, proficient in engaging with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for quality assurance excellence and influence strategic directions.</li>\n\n</div>"
