Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are the largest non-governmental provider of social services in America and every year, we help over 30 million Americans overcome poverty, homelessness, addiction, economic hardships, loneliness, and exploitation through a wide range of programs and services. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position requires approximately 35 hours of work per week and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) after three months of employment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Project Support and Reporting:</strong>• Capture, sort, and manage Risks, Issues, and Decisions that are identified during meetings (business and technical), during testing activities,• Schedule and Lead RAID Review meetings for the PMO Team• Create and submit weekly status reports on Risks and Issues for PMO Projects• Work with Project Managers, Scrum masters, Business Analyst and Business SMEs to create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans and scripts to ensure they align with</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project/Business Requirements</strong>• Execute test scenarios, scripts, or procedures to validate system modifications.• Analyze test results and report on metrics• Work with technical SMEs, develop, write, edit, and format materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, business processes, technical manuals, how-to guides, user manuals, reports, user interface copy, online help, quick guides, intranet content, and other technical, business process, and user-focused materials.• Create videos, tutorials, and other user assistance to help our users successfully learn and use various business applications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Governance and Process Compliance:</strong>• Ensure compliance with the Army’s project management standards and methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMBOK, Agile frameworks).• Maintain the project governance framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.• Manage documentation inventory and create a plan for periodic documentation review for all processes.• Monitoring compliance with governance standards and project documentation accuracy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Risk and Issue Management:</strong>• Identify and effectively manage/address risks to minimize impact on assigned PMO Projects• Track and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.• Provide risk reports to project stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary.• Provide risk reports to project stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Tool and Systems Administration:</strong>• Manage and maintain project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com.)• Provide training and guidance to project teams on the use of PMO tools.• Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the project management systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong>• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and across the project portfolio.• Standardize project management processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined project delivery and documentation practices.• Tracking of the accuracy and timeliness of project reporting.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Risk Management, Business Administration, Project management or related field.</li>\n <li>Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Risk Management or related field preferred.</li>\n <li>3-5 years of related experience.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with SDLC, QA techniques, and software development tools, preferred.</li>\n <li>Effective oral and written communications.</li>\n <li>Ability to identify risks, issues, and impacts associated.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in technical roles, Systems Administration, Testing, or Development required.</li>\n <li>Previous PMO analyst experience, preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>What We Offer</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Generous Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits</li>\n <li>TSA paid Life Insurance for Employees</li>\n <li>Additional life insurance options for employees</li>\n <li>On-site cafeteria</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off – Vacation, Sick, Personal days</li>\n <li>403(b) retirement savings plan</li>\n <li>Non-contributory Pension Plan</li>\n <li>Professional Development</li>\n <li>Free, on-site Fitness Center</li>\n <li>Federal holidays</li>\n <li>Opportunities to give back and support our communities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.</p>",
