About the Role The Associate, Industry Engagement provides day-to-day support to the Director, Industry Engagement, keeping the operational backbone of Suffolk's association memberships, sponsorships, conference strategy, and external relationship activities running with precision. This individual is a self-starter with sharp attention to detail who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and ensures complex logistics are executed seamlessly — enabling the Director and senior leadership to focus on high-impact relationship building and strategic priorities. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk’s total compensation package.  Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
