This role involves working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements regarding Group Benefits.</p><p><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities, include</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for all aspects of renewal business including; marketing, spread sheeting, plan changes, administrative issues, open enrollment preparation and meetings</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of new client prospects including; enrollment package, application processing, follow-ups and materials to client and meetings to discuss new plans</li><li>Prepare and work on special Group Benefit projects</li><li>Attend seminars to become knowledgeable about current Group Benefit markets</li><li>Attend training sessions to become knowledgeable in other aspects of the Group Benefit business such as COBRA, Wellness programs, HSA’s and Self-Funded accounts</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any client service issues</li><li>Open Enrollment meetings</li><li>Ensure group Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance</li></ul>",
