    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><em>Job Title:</em></strong> Quality Control Auditor</p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\"><strong><em>Reports to:</em></strong> Quality Manager</p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\"><strong><em>Position Summary:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\">The Quality Control Auditor plans and direct activities concerned with the development, maintenance and assessment of quality systems to ensure that the Company&#39;s practices conform to both internal and external standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\"><strong><em>Description of Duties:</em></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 12.5px;\"><li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate quality audits to ensure compliance with Company standards, federal regulations and contractual obligations</li><li>Develop and initiate tools and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation</li><li>Devise sampling tests to evaluate and report quality and reliability data using computer based tools</li><li>Collect, organize, review, and analyze operations and maintenance data, inspection, and assessment reports to identify trends and conditions affecting operations and maintenance performances.</li><li>Identify deficiencies or problem areas needing quality control.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare accurate and concise reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate audit records, checklists and follow-up on correction of discrepancies</li><li>Support and establish quality control procedures for the operational and maintenance areas.</li><li>Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities</li><li>Complete all other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:-13.5pt;\"><strong><em>Qualifications:</em></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 12.5px;\"><li>Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or another relevant discipline from a four-year accredited college or university&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a quality related position, preferably in the rail or transportation industry</li><li>Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters regarding quality practices and policies</li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to present findings and write clear and concise reports</li><li>Ability to organize, schedule, plan and coordinate the quality program by working with a diverse leadership team and staff</li><li>Ability to work during evenings and weekends as needed</li><li>Strong computer skills in Microsoft 365, and knowledge preferred in other project management tools or other computer based analytical tools (e.g. EAM/Trapeze/AssetWorks)&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience conducting ISO 9001 quality management audits preferred. ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred.</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug and alcohol screening and be willing to comply with the DTO Drug and Alcohol Policy</li></ul></div><p><br></p>\n",
