This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment readiness, efficient logistics, and seamless day-to-day operations that support project timelines and business goals.</p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving problems, leading teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead daily operations across maintenance, yard, and logistics functions</li>\n<li>Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to meet production demands</li>\n<li>Manage transportation planning, routing, and delivery coordination</li>\n<li>Support and develop the lead, drivers, and other team members</li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to align priorities and ensure execution</li>\n<li>Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime</li>\n<li>Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained/repaired and operating effectively</li>\n<li>Monitor performance, manage costs, and support operational reporting</li>\n<li>Assist with hiring, training, and performance management</li>\n<li>Help maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, maintenance, or a related field</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in production, logistics, or a related field</li>\n<li>Ability to manage and quickly respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Effective communication and team collaboration abilities</li>\n<li>Experience working with equipment in transportation or production environments is a plus</li>\n<li>Able to meet physical demands including material handling and extended periods of standing and movement</li>\n<li>Proficiency with standard business tools and systems, including technology</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primarily based in a production/shop and yard environment</li>\n<li>Regular interaction with equipment, materials, weather, and active work zones</li>\n<li>Schedule typically aligns with first shift, with flexibility required based on operational needs</li>\n<li>Occasional extended hours or after-hours support will be needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to lead and shape critical operational functions</li>\n<li>Collaborative, team-oriented environment</li>\n<li>Dynamic work with variety and real impact on day-to-day operations</li>\n</ul>",
