Provide estimating team support regarding product specifications.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Coordinate trade show materials and logistics, including securing booth space, transportation of presentation materials and promotional items.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Actively participate in sales trade shows -- meet and greet potential clients, answer product questions and support our sales brand publicly.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Respond to contractor inquiries (either written or verbally) related to sales process and estimates. Be point of contact for incoming queries.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Provide administrative support as needed for the efficient and effective operation of the Eau Claire office operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull;&nbsp;Answer incoming&nbsp;calls to site and forward them to appropriate parties.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull;&nbsp;Support the&nbsp;Executive&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;team&nbsp;as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-<strong>Skills Needed</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Associate or bachelor&#39;s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Prefer 2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or inside sales role; experience in steel, metals, or manufacturing is a strong plus.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM Platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></div>\n",
