Adjunct faculty are expected to demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence and are primarily responsible for providing instruction in their assigned courses. Adjunct Faculty are also expected to demonstrate and maintain competence in each of the areas in which they teach throughout their employment at the College.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Galveston College is seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our Adjunct Faculty Pool for the Nuclear Medicine Technology Program. We are committed to providing high-quality, student-centered education that prepares graduates to become compassionate, competent professionals in the field of nuclear medicine.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This adjunct position offers the opportunity to teach didactic, hybrid, or online courses for students enrolled in our JRCNMT-accredited program. If you&rsquo;re an experienced technologist who is enthusiastic about shaping the next generation of nuclear medicine professionals, we encourage you to apply.</span></p><h1 id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><u>Essential Functions</u></span></h1><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Deliver engaging instruction in accordance with program curriculum and accreditation standards.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Supervise and evaluate student progress in the classroom setting.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure curriculum alignment with ARRT/NMTCB standards.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Participate in program development, assessment, and student advisement as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrates&nbsp;and&nbsp;applies&nbsp;a&nbsp;thorough&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;their&nbsp;teaching&nbsp;field&nbsp;and discipline;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintains&nbsp;currency&nbsp;in&nbsp;subject&nbsp;matter&nbsp;through&nbsp;professional&nbsp;development;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Meets&nbsp;all&nbsp;classes&nbsp;on-time&nbsp;as&nbsp;scheduled;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Effectively&nbsp;employs&nbsp;teaching&nbsp;and&nbsp;learning&nbsp;strategies,&nbsp;including&nbsp;instructional&nbsp;technology&nbsp;when appropriate, to maximize student learning and to meet diverse students&rsquo;
