    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job purpose</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To have comprehensive knowledge and management capabilities on all operational and financial aspects of the business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have complete understanding of business practices/Collision industry</li>\n<li>Oversee all staff and maintain standards</li>\n<li>Set and adjust goals (individual and team based)</li>\n<li>Fixed operations/ facility and equipment decisions</li>\n<li>Staff additions/reductions as required</li>\n<li>Coach and discipline team as required</li>\n<li>Take direction and guidance from ownership as required</li>\n<li>Implement changes to increase efficiency/sales</li>\n<li>Resolve internal/external conflict</li>\n<li>Inspire and create culture</li>\n<li>Create and tune processes to achieve best results in all departments</li>\n<li>Guide production and drive urgency</li>\n<li>Training and assistance with OEM certifications</li>\n<li>Maintain and build dialogue with Insurance carriers/Dealers</li>\n<li>Production &amp; Estimates if required</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Min. 5 years of Collision Management Experience</li>\n<li>A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and detail oriented</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of computers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>No.1 Collision Group will always provide the best for our people, as we value them and the commitment they make to the growth of this organization.
